Meet Steve: WEB BIO & BUSINESS PRINCIPLES
Everyone
agrees on certain business fundamentals, whether you’re running a
coffee shop, teaching school, fixing a car, working for General
Electric or providing real estate services. Listening to the client,
figuring out what they want and delivering it for them, sounds like a
pretty simple formula. But, consistently exceeding expectations in
quality, value and results, with a variety of different people, means
that a tremendous number of things went on in the background, long
before engaging the customer.
If
you’ve done any of these or a myriad of other jobs, you can identify
with these principles, so that puts us on the same wave length.
Knowledge of your product or services, the proper education, years of
experience and a track record of success are all things to be proud of,
no matter what your background. Long and repeat relationships with your
clients, is a valued indicator of good ethics, trust and success.
If
you have a favorite doctor, remember several outstanding teachers in
school or worked with someone special, then you know how I’d like to
have you remember me as a Realtor©. I have an enviable track record of
repeat customers over a dozen years in the business in the Payson area
and will gladly give you references. I am also a veteran, so if you
will be using your Veteran’s Eligibility for a loan, I will help you
with that as well.
My
knowledge base stems from a lifelong career of negotiating and managing
complex contracts, two business degrees, a dozen years of graduate
level college course presentations and a desire for high level,
continuing education in my chosen real estate profession. I’ve owned
and managed my own real estate company and see 50 to 100 homes a month.
So I know the product inventory, stay in tune with values and will give
you seasoned advice on your realty decisions. I love this town and am
energized by the real estate business, so let’s get started together!
